Support for prototypes, PPAP-style samples, and repeat production once parts are proven out.

Experience with 4140/4340 and other alloy steels, mild steel, aluminum, and common industrial grades.

Key Equipment

CNC Lathes Heavy-duty and medium-size turning centers for shafts, pins, hubs, and similar parts.
CNC Mills Vertical machining centers suitable for plates, brackets, and block-style parts.
Inspection Micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and additional measuring tools as required.
Partners Local heat treat and plating vendors for through-hardening, case-hardening, and protective finishes.
