Tedlo Machine & Tools Inc. is a lean, responsive shop providing precision CNC turning and milling for shafts, hubs, and custom components for automotive, heavy truck, and industrial customers.
We focus on accurate, repeatable machining with fast response times. Whether you need one urgent prototype or a production run with consistent quality, we build our processes around reliability and communication.
Precision turning for short and long shafts, bushings, pins, and similar cylindrical components.
Milling of brackets, plates, blocks, and small assemblies to tight dimensional requirements.
Support for prototypes, PPAP-style samples, and repeat production once parts are proven out.
Experience with 4140/4340 and other alloy steels, mild steel, aluminum, and common industrial grades.
If you have a drawing, model, or sample part, we can review it and provide feedback on manufacturability, lead time, and pricing.
We run our shop to feel like a high-end aerospace-style environment, while staying lean and practical. Parts are checked, documented where required, and shipped on time or early whenever possible.
